Fresh & Spicy Salsa sauce

Recipe:

This is a gorgeous spicy tomato sauce which can be served with chilli in a Tortilla wrap, because it is not cooked it retains the fresh flavour of the ingredients.

Add some chilli if you like more heat.

You will need:

Tin chopped tomatoes

1 Red chilli with seeds

1 Onion chopped

2 Spring onions chopped

Handful of fresh coriander leaves

1 tsp Grd coriander

1 tsp Cumin

1 Lime juice and rind

1 tsp sea salt, ground black pepper

Method:

-Combine the Tomatoes, Chilli, 0nion, Spring onion, Cumin, Coriander, Lime juice together in a bowl, stir until well distributed.

-Season, taste and adjust seasoning .

Serve with Coriander leaves sprinkled on top.
