With tailored one to one private coaching, we worked together to tackle my sugar cravings, diet changes and a return to exercise – all with outstanding results;

– I’m 9lbs lighter and this will continue to reduce
– My body shape has changed to what I was before peri-menopause hit
– Body confidence followed which raised my self esteem
– I had the strength to tackle mental health blockages with my therapist
– I am working my way through a walking plan, walking further than I have ever before
– I have returned to my favourite dance workouts twice a week and don’t hide at the back anymore
– I’ve lost 3.5” from my hips
– I’ve lost 2.5” from my waist
– I’ve lost 3” from my thighs!

My name is Nicky Dear and I am a qualified Health coach specialising in helping women to make sustainable changes to their Nutrition and lifestyle which will have profound effects on their future health.

 I am passionate about helping women to really find themselves again whilst going through Menopause and to ensure other women don’t feel they have to make this journey alone.  

At 56, I am the happiest and fittest I have been since I was 16 and I want to share this with other women.
